  1. RLS or security rules on every table
  2. No secret keys in the frontend
  3. Rotate any key that was ever pasted into chat or committed
  4. Server-side auth on every API route
  5. Ownership check on every record
  6. Verify Stripe webhooks
  7. Private buckets for private files
  8. Rate limits and AI spending caps
  9. Make sure .env and .git aren't served
  10. npm audit clean of critical issues
  11. Error messages that don't leak stack traces
  12. Backups enabled, with a tested restore
