No rate limiting on login, signup or AI endpoints

Quick answer: Without limits, bots can brute-force logins, spam signups or run up your AI bill.

Steps

  1. Add per-IP and per-user rate limits (for example Upstash Ratelimit or your platform's firewall rules).
  2. Add a CAPTCHA to signup.
  3. Set hard spending caps with your AI provider.
